| 摘 要： | 目的研究骨桥蛋白(OPN)和基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)在结直肠癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学PV-9000二步法检测30例结直肠癌患者、20例腺瘤性息肉患者、20例健康人肠黏膜组织中OPN和MMP-9的表达水平,探讨二者在结直肠癌组织中的表达与临床病理特征的关系,并进行相关分析。结果结直肠癌组织中OPN和MMP-9的表达水平明显高于腺瘤性息肉患者和健康人(P<0.05),OPN和MMP-9的表达水平与肿瘤的浸润深度、分化程度以及有无淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),与患者的性别、年龄及肿瘤的大小无关(P>0.05),二者的表达呈正相关(r=0.562,P=0.001)。结论 OPN和MMP-9表达与结直肠癌侵袭转移的发生有密切关系,在结直肠癌的发生、发展过程中可能具有协同作用。
