急性脑梗死患者与基质金属蛋白酶-9和IL-6的关系及护理对策

目的 探讨急性脑梗死（ACI）与基质金属蛋白酶-9（MMP-9）、白介素6（IL-6）的关系及其护理对策。方法 158例急性脑梗死患者。采用ELISA法对急性脑梗死患者在脑梗死发作期和脑梗死康复期血中MMP-9、IL-6水平进行检测。结果 急性脑梗死患者血中MMP-9、IL-6水平显著高于正常对照组（P〈0．01）。MMP-9、IL-6血清水平在脑梗死发作期显著高于脑梗死康复期（P〈0．01）。结论 MMP-9、IL-6水平升高与急性脑梗死密切相关；MMP-9、IL-6血清水平在脑梗死发作期显著高于脑梗死康复期。除积极治疗外，采取有效的护理对策，对防止进一步梗死、预防各种并发症具有重要作用。

Nursing and Relation between MMP-9 and IL-6 with Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective To probe nursing and relation between MMP-9, IL-6 with acute cerebral infarction (ACI). Methods By ELISA method, the serum levels of MMP-9, IL-6 were detected in 158 cases of ACI patients. Results The serum level of MMP-9, IL-6 in patients with ACI were higher obviously than normal person (P<0.01). It was also higher during stroke than that during convalescence stage (P<0.01). Conclusions MMP-9, IL-6 levels raising is related to ACI closely. Effective nursing method is important in preventing all kinds of complications and infarction further.
