彩色多普勒高频超声在甲状腺疾病诊断中的应用

目的 探讨彩色多普勒高频超声在甲状腺疾病诊断及鉴别诊断中的意义。方法经手术及病理证实的结节性甲状腺肿96例，甲状腺腺瘤92例，甲状腺癌32例患者的二维图像与彩色多普勒血流特点相结合，对结节部位、结节个数、边界、肿块回声、有无钙化、囊性变、血流分布方面进行对照分析。结果结节性甲状腺肿与甲状腺腺瘤在结节部位、结节个数、血流分布方面的差异有统计学意义；而良性结节与甲状腺癌相比，在结节部位、结节个数、边界、肿块回声、有无钙化、血流分布方面的差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论彩色多普勒高频超声对甲状腺结节的诊断及鉴别诊断具有重要的作用。

Application of color doppler high-frequency ultrasonograph in thyroid gland check

Objective To study the significance of color doppler high - frequency ultrasonograph in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of thyroid disease. Methods The contrast analysis were done of 2 - D maps and color doppler flow imaging in 96 nodular goiter, 92 thyroid adenoma and 32 thyroid carcinoma among their position, number, boundary, echo, calcification, cystis degeneration, and cystis degeneration distribution. Results There were significance in the position, number, and cystis degeneration distribution between nodular goiter and thyroid adenoma（ P 〈 0.05） . And between innocence nodular and thyroid carcinoma, there were significance in the position, number, boundary, echo, calcification, and cystis degeneration distribution, （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Color doppler high - frequency ultrasonograph had important function in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of thyroid disease.
