| 摘 要： | 目的研究凝血和纤溶功能在妊娠高血压综合征(简称妊高征)中的作用。方法对70例妊高征患者,采用美国ACL- 200全血自动凝血分析仪检测凝血指标,用发色底物法检测组织型纤维蛋白溶酶原激活剂(t- PA)及纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂(PAI -1 )。结果妊高征患者的部分激活凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)缩短,纤维蛋白原(Fg)含量升高,PAI- 1活性升高,与正常妊娠妇女相比,P<0. 05;中、重度妊高征患者的上述指标与轻度妊高征患者相比,P<0. 05;t- PA在各组之间无显著性差异。结论凝血和纤溶功能的改变对妊高征的发生、发展起一定作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effects of coagulation and fibrinolysis on the mechanism of pregnancy induced hypertension(PIH).Methods 70 PIH patients in different degrees were examined. Coagulation indexes were tested by using ACI-200 automated coagulation instrument(made in America).Activities of t-PA and PAI-1 were measured by absorbance analytical cycles.Results APTT and PT were shorter, while plasma Fg and activities of PAI-1were higher in PIH than those of normal pregnant women(P<0.05).All these indexes in moderate and severe PIH showed significance in comparison with those in mild one(P<0.05).Activities of t-PA showed no difference among all the groups.Conclusion Changes of coagulation and fibrinolysis play a role on the incidence and development of PIH. |
