| 摘 要： | 目的 :研究红花注射液对血瘀证大鼠血液流变学的影响。方法 :运用皮下注射大剂量肾上腺素加冰水冷浴造大鼠血瘀模型 ,观察红花注射液对大鼠血瘀模型血液流变学等指标的影响。结果 :红花注射液能使血瘀证大鼠的血液流变学主要指标明显改善 (P <0 0 5 ;P <0 0 1)。结论 :红花注射液可有效降低血液黏度

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the influence of Honghua Injection on hemorheology of experimental rat with the blood stasis syndrome. Methods: The rat model of blood stasis was established with high dose adrenaline subcutaneous injection and being socked in ice water. The effect of Honghua Injection on the hemorheology of rat blood stasis model was investigated Results:Honghua Injection could obviously decrease the main hemorheological indexes of experimental rat with the blood stasis syndrome ( P<0 05,P<0 01). Conclusion:Honghua Injection can effectively decrease blood viscosity. |
