恶性肿瘤与心理社会因素关系的对照研究

目的 探讨恶性肿瘤患者心理健康状况及其对发病的影响。方法应用SAS焦虑自评量表，艾森克(EPQ)人格测验量表，SDS抑郁自评量表，生活事件量表对100例恶性肿瘤患者进行调查，并以100名正常人作对照。结果患者组病前有焦虑抑郁情绪、负性生活事件；个性N值均显著高于对照组，逐步回归分析提示，影响癌症发生的因素依次为，病前焦虑、负性生活事件、EPQ之N分。结论癌症患者的心理卫生状况较差，对肿瘤的发病可能有影响。

Relationship between malignant tumor and psychosocial factors

Objective To explore mental health status of patients with malignant tumor and the related factors.Methods A total of 100 patients with malignant tumor and 100 normal controls were evaluated with Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale and life events rating scale.Results All patients had suffered from anxious,depressive mood and negative life events.N score of EPQ in patients was higher than that of the controls.Multiple regression analysis showed that the three factors contributing to cancers were anxiety prior to diseases,negative life events and N score of EPQ.Conclusion Some psychological problems exist in patients with malignant tumor and may be related to the occurrence of tumor.
