| 摘 要： | 采用普通法及Ｚ型法行肌肉注射１８例，并进行自身对照。结果：普通法注射１８例，药液外溢１０例，１６例注射部位出现染色斑；Ｚ型法仅５例出现染色斑，无一例药液外溢，二者经χ２检验，具有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示Ｚ型肌肉注射法可防止药液外溢。

| Abstract: | patients were muscularly injected with common and Ztype methods simultaneously.The results showed that spillover of drug and purpura at injection area developed in 10 and 16 cases respectively with common method,but just 5 cases developed purpura with Ztype method.The difference between the two was statistically significant(P<0.01). |
