肝癌患者雄激素受体的测定及其与临床病理特征关系的研究

应用放射配体结合分析法（ＲＢＡ）测定３６例手术治疗的肝癌组织、癌周组织及外周血白细胞雄激素受体（ＡＲ）的含量，同时用放射免疫法（ＲＩＡ）测定肝癌患者及正常人血浆雄激素（睾酮Ｔ）的水平，结合临床病理资料进行统计分析。结果（１）癌组织与癌周组织相比，ＡＲ含量明显升高（Ｐ＜０．０１），且与肿瘤直径大小有关；（２）高分化的肝癌组织ＡＲ含量明显高于低分化者（Ｐ＜０．０１）；（３）肝癌患者血浆睾酮水平轻度增加（Ｐ＞０．０５），但白细胞ＡＲ表达明显升高（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示：肝癌的发生可能与癌组织中ＡＲ含量升高有关，ＡＲ的含量与肿瘤的大小及分化程度存在相关性

Study on the AR in Patients with Hepatocellular Carcinoma and the Relationship with the Clinical Pathology

A method of radioligand binding assay (RBA) was adopted to measure the androgen receptor (AR) in cancer tissue and adjacent non tumoral liver and white blood cell (WBC) in 36 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma.Furthermore, we have assayed the level of Testosterone in patients′ and Normals′ serum by RIA KIT.The results showed (1) The content of AR in the tumoral samples was significantly higer than that in the surrounding non tumoral liver ( P <0 01), and had a relatinship with the size of the tumor; (2) The content of AR in the high differentiated phenotype was higer than that in the less differentiated phenotype ( P <0 01); (3) The level of Testosterone in patients′serum had slightly elevated ( P <0 05), but the content of AR in WBC was significantly elevated ( P <0 01).the data indicated that the higher content of AR seemed to be correlated with the occurrence of hepatocellula carcinoma.The content of AR may be related to the size and differentiation degree of the tumour.In addition, our data set a basis of clinical diagnosis and endocrine therapy of hepatocellular carcinoma.
