脾切除联合贲门周围血管离断术治疗门脉高压的疗效观察

目的:探讨脾切除联合贲门周围血管离断术治疗门脉高压的临床效果。方法:回顾收治的52例门脉高压患者临床资料,分析其脾切除联合贲门周围血管离断术治疗门脉高压的临床疗效。结果:本组52例门脉高压患者,全部行脾切除联合贲门周围血管离断术,48例疗效满意,4例术后肝功能衰竭死亡。结论:脾切除加离断术既解决了脾亢问题,同时还解决了出血问题,并维持了入肝的血流量,对肝功能的影响相对较小,且操作较简单,易推广。
