太原市小学生骑车相关健康危险行为现状

摘    要:目的了解太原市小学生骑车相关健康危险行为的流行状况,为进一步制定相关伤害的预防和控制措施提供依据。方法太原市六城区两郊县区共2376名小学生,进行"太原市小学生健康危险行为调查问卷"自填。对其中有关骑车危险行为进行分析。结果骑车违规行为总体报告率为33.9%。骑车带人、双手离把、相互追逐打闹、骑车逆行、攀扶其他车辆、闯红灯乱穿马路等危险行为报告率分别为26.8%,8.7%,6.2%,6.2%,3.2%和2.4%。常骑车带人是最常见的危险行为。高年龄组双手离把、互相追逐打闹、骑车带人、闯红灯乱穿马路的报告率高于低年龄组,男生各项危险行为报告率均高于女生,郊县区骑车带人报告率高于城区,核心家庭危险行为报告率较低,单亲/重组/隔代家庭中骑车带人的报告率高于其他家庭结构。结论小学生骑车相关健康危险行为发生率与个体、社会、家庭等因素有关,应根据各自特点采取相应预防和干预措施。

Abstract:Objective To understand the prevalence of bicycle fide related behaviors of pupils in "Taiyuan City so as to provide the bases of preventive measures for injuries, Methods An anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted among 2 376 pupils from primary scbools in 6 urban and 2 suburban areas of Taiyuan City and the data were statistically analyzed, Results The total prevalence of bicycle ride violation was 33,9%, The incidence rates of risk behaviors such as carrying both persons, hands off handlebars, chasing or roughhousing, riding against the traffic flow, dinging to other vehicles, ignoring the traffic-control signals were 6.8%, 8.7%, 6, 2%, 6.2%, 3, 2% and 2.4%, respectively. Carrying person was the most frequent risk behavior. The incidence rates of hands off handlebars, chasing or roughing, carrying person, ignoring the traffic-control signals in the older were higher than those in the younger. The incidence rates of boys were higher than those of gifts. The incidence rate of carrying person in the suburban was higher than that in the urban, The prevalence of bicycle ride related behaviors in pupils of core families was lower than that in pupils of other kinds of families, Conclusions The inddence rates of bicycle ride related risk behaviors in pupils are associated with personal, family and soda; factors. So the prevention measures should be taken according to the different traits.
