心理护理干预对学龄期儿童基础加硬膜外麻醉的影响

摘    要:目的探讨心理干预对学龄期儿童基础加硬膜外麻醉的影响方法将160例需行基础加硬膜外麻醉的年龄6~12岁的患儿,随机分为观察组和对照组各80例,对照组采取常规护理措施,观察组在常规护理措施基础上给予心理干预,比较2组患儿基础麻醉药用量情况、硬膜外麻醉的主动配合及并发症的差异。结果两组患儿在基础麻醉药用量、配合硬膜外的主动性和术后躁动评分等差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论心理干预可减少学龄期患儿基础麻醉的用药量,提高小儿硬膜外麻醉的成功率。

Abstract:Objective Research into the psychology intervention on basal and epidural anesthesia school-age children Methods Dividing the 160 patients aged 6-12 years into two groups randomly:80 observations and 80 control respectively,who need to be given basal and epidural anesthesia.For the control group,took usual care,while gave the psychology intervention on the basis of usual care for the observation.watched the differences between the two groups on basal anesthetic dosage,the initiative of epidural anesthesia,and complication.Results There are significant differences in the two groups on basal anesthetic did,the initiative of epidural and postsurgical mania,etc.(P0.05).Conclusion Psychological intervention can reduce the dosage of basal anesthesia to school-age patients improving the success of children’s epidural.
