| 摘 要： | 目的探讨手术治疗前列腺增生的有效方法。方法选取我院确诊为良性前列腺增生症（BPH）400例,进行分组对比研究。结果2组患者术后排尿通畅,无死亡病例,两种术式疗效相似;但TURP比SPPC具有出血量小,手术时间短,术后留置尿管时间短,住院时间短等优点。结论TURP、SPPC手术都是治疗前列腺增生的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the surgical treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia and effective method.Methods The hospital diagnosed as benign prostatic hyperplasia 400 cases were grouped comparative study.Results Two patients with postoperative voiding,no death cases,two kinds of surgical efficacy similar;but TURP than SPPC has a small amount of bleeding,shorter operative time and postoperative indwelling catheter time is short,shorter hospital stay and so on.Conclusion TURP,SPPC surgery is an effective method of treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia. |
