| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨组织型纤溶酶原激活物(t-PA)和纤溶酶原激活抑制物(PAI-1)含量及t-PA/PAI-1比值在脑梗死患者中的临床意义。方法:用酶联免疫发色底物法分别测定53例脑梗死患者和30例健康对照组血浆t-PA、PAI-1含量。结果:脑梗死患者血浆中t-PA、PAI-1及t-PA/PAI-1比值与正常对照组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:检测患者血t-PA、PAI-1水平及t-PA/PAI-1比值对脑梗死患者的诊断和治疗有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the clinical significance of tissue-type plasminogen activator （t-PA） and plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 （PAI-1） contents and t-PA / PAI-1 ratio in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods： The plasma t-PA, PAId levels were tested by EI.ISA in 53 cases of cerebral infarction patients and 30 healthy controls. Results： There were significant differences in levels of t-PA, PAl-1 and t-PA/PAI-1 ratio between patients with cerebral infarction and the healthy human（P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： Detection of t-PA, PAI-1 levels and t-PA / PAl-1 ratio in patients with cerebral infarction is of importance for the diagnosis and treatment of the disease. |
