阴道用药配合口服药物治疗女性生殖道沙眼衣原体、解脲支原体感染临床观察

目的:探讨阴道用药配合口服药物治疗女性生殖道沙眼衣原体(chlamydiatrichomatisCT)、解脲支原体(ureaplasmaurealyticumUU)感染临床效果。方法:对确诊为CT或(和)UU生殖道感染的患者共300例,随机分成2组,观察组(150例):多西环素100mgbid×7d口服(首次加倍),同时隔日阴道深处放置甲硝唑(0.2)、诺氟沙星(0.1)、多西环素(0.1)各1片,共5次;对照组(150例):多西环素100mgbid×7d口服(首次加倍)。结果:2组治疗成功率分别为90.67%、73.33%,有显著性差异(P <0.001);对宫颈炎、尿路感染、前庭大腺炎等治疗比较,差异有显著性(P <0.01);2组副反应比较,差异无显著性(P >0.05)。结论:阴道用药配合口服药物治疗女性生殖道CT或(和)UU感染具有协同作用,提高了疗效,缩短了疗程,值得推广。

Clinical Observation on Treatment of the Infection of Chtamydia Trichomatis or Ureaplasma Urealyticum in Female Repoduction Organ Combining Oral Drug with Vaginal Drug

Objective:To study the efficacy of treatment of the infection of chlamydia trichomatis (CT) or ureaplasma urealyticum(UU) in female reproduction organ by taking medicine orally and vaginally . Methods:300 cases of final diag-nosed CT or UU were randomly divided into 2 groups. Study Group (n=150): doxycycline 100mg bid ×7days orally(dou-ble doses for the first time) ,meanwhile metronidazole(200mg) , norfloxacin (100mg) and doxycycline (100mg) given vaginally every 48 hours for 5 times. Control Group(n=150): doxycycline 100mg bid ×7days orally (double doses for the first time). Results:The successful rates of the two groups were 90.67%?73.33% respectively(P <0.001). There were sig-nificant differences in against cervicitis, urinary tract infection and bartholinitis(P <0.01),while the side effects were no significant differences (P >0.05). Conclusion: combining oral drug with vaginal drug is an optimal method for treatment of the infection of CT or UU in female reproduction organ ,deserveing to be popularized. It is synergism and be helpful to enhance curative effect and shorten course.
