| 摘 要： | 目的探讨牙科椅旁CEREC3D计算机辅助设计和制作技术(computer-aided design&computer-aided manufacture,CAD/CAM)系统进行瓷嵌体、贴面和全冠修复的临床效果。方法应用CEREC3D系统为86例患者制作全瓷修复体,其中嵌体65颗,贴面46颗,全冠21颗。记录各修复体加工时间,并于修复后6、12个月按改良USPHS标准评价临床疗效。结果修复体平均加工时间约15min,除1颗高嵌体、1颗全冠破损失败,1颗嵌体的舌侧部分牙体折断外,其余修复体无破损、松动、脱落,牙体无折断、劈裂和继发龋等不良现象。修复后6、12个月各项指标大都达到A级标准,2次评价结果无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论椅旁CEREC3D系统近期修复效果好,用时短,为临床提供了一个独特的治疗方法。
