肺硬化性血管瘤CT表现及其分析

目的：探讨螺旋CT扫描对肺硬化性血管瘤的诊断价值。方法：回顾性分析21例经我院手术病理证实的肺硬化性血管瘤的CT表现，所有病例均行平扫厦增强扫描。结果：21例患者均为单发，19例为女性，2例为男性，位于右肺12例，左肺9例，最大径为1．1cm-6．4cm，有3倒往于肺门区，其余均位于肺外围，所有病例边界清晰，2例出现钙化结节，1例出现空气新月征，1例出现贴边血管征，1例出现肺动脉为主征，2倒出现尾征，增强后大部分病例呈明显异常强化，强化值40Hu～94Hu。结论：肺硬化性血管瘤在CT平扫时符合良性肿瘤的特点，增强扫描对其诊断价值较高，肺硬化性血管瘤有其特殊征象。

The CT Features and Analasis of Pulmonary Sclerosing Hemangioma

Objective：To analyze the CT characteristic of pulmonary sclerosing hemangioma（PSH）. Methords：The CT characteristic of pulmonary selerosing hemangioma were retrospectively analysed,including conventional scan and contrast--enhanced scan. Results 12 lesions were in right lung while 9 lesions were in left,the diameters＇range of these lesions are from 1.1--6.4cm. All the lesions were abviously contrast--enhanced with 40-- 94 Hu. Conclusion：The unenhanced CT scan of PSH are with benign characteristic, the contrast--enhanced CT scan plays an important role in diagno- sis and differential diagnosis of PSH,The PSH has its＇ characteristic presentations.
