重视显微外科技术在男科手术中的应用

男性生殖系统为一精细管道系统,传统手术方式无法实现细小管道的精确吻合,一定程度上影响了手术的治疗效果.过去数十年,显微外科技术作为成熟的外科技术逐渐应用于各种男科手术中,成为男科手术的重要组成部分,极大地提高了男科手术的治疗效果.本文拟对显微外科技术在男科手术中的发展应用进行简要回顾,以促进显微外科技术在男科手术中的广泛应用.

To enhance the application of microsurgery in andrology

Male reproductive system is a tiny tube system, the therapeutic effects of tradition operations are always unsatisfied because it can not obtain the exact anastomosis of tiny tube. During the past four decades, microsurgery as an established operative technique has moved into most of andrological sutgery and became an important portion of these operation procedures, the therapeutic effects of these operations has been improved for this reason. The paper briefly reviewed the recent advances and applications of the microsurgery in the operations of male reproductive system, so that the microsurgery can be more widespread used in the andrological sutgery.
