| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨肾移植术后移植肾失功再移植的护理对策。方法：对6例肾再移植患的护理进行回顾性分析和总结。结果：5例再移植成功，术后均获得随访，人／肾存活1年2例，3年l例，4年2例；1例再移植出现加速排斥反应切除移植肾，并发严重肺部感染死亡。结论：采取正确、完善的护理是确保再次肾移植成功的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore for nursing measure about retransplantation for transplanted kidney failure.Method:6 cases receiving retransplantation had been retrospectively analyzed and concluded.Result:5 cases succeded,among which 2 cases survive 1 year;1 case for 3 years,2 cases survived 4 years;1 cases died from serious pulmonary infection following acute rejection.Conclusion:Correct and suitable nursing measure can promise transplantation success. |
