急性一氧化碳中毒患者血浆S-100蛋白水平及其临床意义

摘    要:目的:观察急性一氧化碳中毒患者血浆S-100蛋白的浓度,并评价其临床意义。方法:将24例急性一氧化碳中毒患者分为三组:A组(轻度中毒组)、B组(中度中毒组)和C组(重度中毒组),应用ELISA法对24例急性一氧化碳中毒患者的血浆S-100蛋白水平进行检测,并与20例对照组(D组)进行比较。结果:轻度中毒组血浆S-100蛋白水平无明显升高(P>0·05),重度组与中度组血浆S-100蛋白水平均明显高于对照组(P<0·01),且重度组血浆S-100蛋白水平明显高于中度组(P<0·05);迟发性脑病发生组血浆中S-100蛋白水平与未发生组比较差异无显著性(P>0·05)。结论:急性一氧化碳中毒患者血浆S-100蛋白水平的检测,有助于评估急性一氧化碳中毒急性期脑组织受损的严重程度,但不能早期预测迟发性脑病的发生。

Abstract:Objective:To observe plasm S-100 protein levels in patients with acute carbon monoxide poisoning and expiore its clinical significance. Methods:24 patients with acute carbon monoxide poisoning were randomly divided into three groups:group A(gentleness poisoning group),group B(moderate poisoning group)and group C(severe poisoning group).Plasma S-100 preptein levels of 24 patients and 20 cases in normal control group were detected respectively with ELISA. Results: Plasm S-100 protein level in group A was not higher than that in normal control group (P>0.05); The levels of plasm S-100 protein in group B and group C were significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.01),Plasm S-100 protein level in group C was obviously higher than that in group B also.There was no statistically significant difference in the plasma S-100 protein level between the patients with delayed encephalopathy and those without delayed encephalopathy (P>0.05).Conclusion: Determination of plasm S-100 protein level can contribute to assessing the severe degree of acute carbon monoxide poisoning,but it can not predict the occurrence of delayed encephalopathy.
