椎体骨折TSRH内固定术后影像学研究

目的：研究胸腰椎椎体骨折TSRH内固定术后影像学表现及对临床治疗的评价。材料与方法：收集急性外伤胸腰椎骨折63例,其中单椎体骨折61例,多椎体骨折2例。63例术前均拍了CR片和CT扫描,19例MRI扫描。内固定术后复查了CR片,12例作了MRI扫描。结果：（1）手术成功率96.8%;（2）椎体压缩塌陷复位优良者95.2%,骨折片复位优良者92.4%,椎体脱位复位良好者87.0%,椎间盘压缩明显复位者78.7%;（3）椎弓根钉位置良好者93.8%,无螺钉松动和钢板断裂。结论：TSRH为椎体骨折良好的复位内固定方法,CR是术后复查重要检查方法。

Image Study of TSRH Spinal System for Spinal Fracture

Pttrpose： To study the image findings of TSRH spinal system for spinal fracture, and evaluate the clinical treatment. Materials and Methods： 63 cases of TSRH spinal system for spinal fracture were obtained. There were single vertebral fracture in 61 cases, and multiple vertebral fracture in 2 cases. Before operation, CR films and CT scans were obtained in all cases, and MRI scans in 12 cases. Results： （1） The successful operation rate was 96.8% ; （2） The reposifion fineness rate was 95.2% for vertebral fracture collapse; 92.4% for fracture fragment; 87.0% for spinal dislocation; 78.7% for disc colloapse. （3） The position fineness rate for vertebral arch screw was 93.8%. No screw loose, and broken crook and plate were showed in our group. Conclusion： TSRH spinal system is a satisfactory method for spinal fracture, and CR is significance for follow up of TSRH spinal system.
