灯盏生脉胶囊配合康复训练对脑梗死患者肢体功能影响的临床观察

目的观察灯盏生脉胶囊配合康复训练对脑梗死患者运动功能、神经功能缺损、日常生活活动能力的影响及临床疗效。方法80例脑梗死患者随机分为观察组（40例）和对照组（40例）,两组均按常规治疗,并行康复训练,观察组同时给予灯盏生脉胶囊。治疗前后各组分别接受简化Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定、神经功能缺损评分和Barthel指数评定,判断疗效。结果患者治疗后Fugl-Meyer、神经功能缺损和Barthel指数均较治疗前有显著改善（P〈0.05）,但观察组治疗后的Fugl-Meyer、Barthel指数上升更明显,神经功能缺损下降更显著,与对照组比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。观察组的显效率（70%）、总有效率（95%）明显高于对照组（45%,75%）（P〈0.05）。结论灯盏生脉胶囊配合康复训练能有效促进脑梗死患者运动功能的恢复,减少病残率,缩短病程,显著改善患者的生活质量和预后。
