结肠癌细胞核DNA含量测量及形态分析

目的 探讨结肠癌病理诊断中细胞核形态参数与DNA倍体分析结果的关系以及在临床上的应用价值。方法 用细胞图像分析仪对32例原发结肠癌以及40例正常肠黏膜组织的细胞核DNA含量分布直方图以及细胞核形态参数进行分析。结果 结肠癌组细胞核DNA指数明显高于正常组(P<0.01);从形态上分析,不仅两者细胞核面积有明显差异(P<0.01),而且不同DNA直方图类型结肠癌之间细胞核面积也有差异(P<0.01)。结论 作为定量指标,细胞核DNA含量测量可在结肠癌病理诊断中发挥重要作用,DNA直方图的类型可提示结肠癌的恶性程度,结肠癌细胞核面积测量可作为病理诊断时的参考指标。

DNA Quantification and Nucleus Morphologic Analysis in Colorectal Carcinoma Using Image Cytometry

Purpose To study the relationship between nucleus morphologic analysis and DNA quantifica-tion,and the value of clinical application. Methods Using DNA image analyzer,we examined the DNA content distribution histograms and the nucleus morphologic parameter in 32 cases of colorectal carcinoma and 40 cases of normai mucosa. Results The DNA index in cases of colorectal carcinoma is significantly higher than the cases of normai mucosa, there were significant difference between them(P<0. 01). There were also significant difference(P<0.01) in nucleus area between the cases of colorectal carcinoma and normai mucosa,as well as between some of the different types of DNA histograms of colorectal carcinoma. Conclusions As a quantification parameter, the measurement of DNA content may play an important part in the diagnosis of colorectal carcinoma,and the types of DNA content distribution histograms may indicate the malignant degree of colorectal carcinoma. And the measurement of nucleus area may offer another reference parameter for the diagnosis of colorectal carcinoma.
