| 摘 要： | 目的探讨早期胃癌淋巴结的转移规律及其对预后的影响,为具有不同临床病理特征的早期胃癌患者选择合适的治疗方案。方法回顾性分析137例早期胃癌患者临床病理特征与淋巴结转移的关系,并分析早期胃癌术后5a生存率。结果肿瘤大小、浸润深度和组织学类型是影响早期胃癌淋巴结转移的独立危险因素,无淋巴结转移的早期胃癌术后5a生存率为93.2%,明显高于有淋巴结转移者的63.8%(P<0.05)。结论术前正确评估早期胃癌的淋巴结转移状态是选择合理治疗方案的重要条件。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the general pattern of lymph node metastasis and its effect on the prognosis in early gastric cancer,and to put forward suitable regimens for early gastric cancer with different clinicopathological characteristics.Methods The data of 137 patients with early gastric cancer were retrospectively analyzed with respect to the relationship between clinicopathological characteristics and lymph node metastasis,and the postoperative 5-year survival rate of early gastric cancer was analysed.Results The tumor size,depth of invasion and histological type were independent risk factors for lymph node metastasis in early gastric cancer.The postoperative 5-year survival rate of lymph node-negative patients(93.2%)was higher than that of lymph node-positive patients(63.8%,P<0.05).Conclusion Precise assessment of lymph node metastasis preoperatively is essential to the appropriate therapeutic options for early gastric cancer. |
