中西医结合治疗肺结核顽固性咯血31例

目的]观察中西医结合治疗肺结核顽固性咯血的临床疗效。方法]观察48例,西药治疗对照组17例,中西医结合治疗组31例,均给予西药抗结核(复治)标准治疗方案及止血、护肝治疗3周后,对照组调整止血治疗,治疗组加用中医药辨证治疗。结果]治疗组咯血症状1周内改善2例,2周内27例,2周以上为2例;对照组咯血症状1周内改善1例,2周内11例,2周以上5例。经统计学分析,P<0.02。结论]中西医结合治疗组病情改善显著快于西药组。

The experience of The Stubborn Hemoptysis of Pulmonary Tuberculosis Treated by TCM-WM from 31 Case

Objective] To discuss the clinical curative effect of healing stubborn hemoptysis of pulmonary tuberculosis by combined TCM - WM. Methods] 48 patients had been observed by the author. 17 of them were treated by Western medicine, by contrast, 31 patients were treated by TCM - WM Treatment. All of them have been treated by the standard plan of Western medicine used anti -tuberculosis (duplicate governs). 3 weeks after hematischesis and protects the liver treatment, the WM team adjusted the hematischesis treatment, and another team added TCM - WM treatment. Results ] TCM - WM team clinical symptoms improved 2 cases in 1 week and 27 cases in 2 weeks, meanwhile the WM team clinical symptoms improved 1 cases and 11 cases respectively. Analyzed by statistics, P <0.02. Conclusion] The results indicated that the TCM - WM team had better therapeutic effectiveness than the WM team.
