摘    要:聚肌巯胞以剂量依赖性明显抑制HL-60细胞生长,轻度促进氯化硝基四唑氮蓝(NBT)还原,对化学发光能力和细胞形态无影响.当其与维甲酸合用时,对HL-60细胞的生长抑制无相互影响,但却能协同诱导HL-60细胞的NBT还原能力和化学发光能力,在形态试验中均明显大于维甲酸单用时的效应。

Abstract:The human promyelocytic leukemia cell line(HL-60)was induced to differentiate along the myelocytic pathway by retinoic acid(RA)in vitro.Poly I:MC,a double-stranded complex of mercap-topolycytidylic acid and polyinosinic acid,inhibited the growth of HL-60 cells dose-dependently and increased the reduction of nitroblue tetrazolium chloride(NBT)slightly,whereas the chemiluminescence activity and the morphology of the cells were not changed.Ifbeing combined with RA,the inhibition of the cell growth was not influenced mutually but the NBT reduction and the chemiluminescence activity were synergically induced.The cell morphology appeared much more mature than that treated with RA alone.
