青金抗毒饮联合西药治疗病毒性心肌炎40例临床观察

目的 观察青金抗毒饮治疗病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效.方法 将80例病毒性心肌炎患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各40例,对照组给予西医常规治疗；治疗组在常规西医治疗的基础上,口服青金抗毒饮,两组均以4周为1个疗程.于治疗前后进行心功能(心率、心输出量、心搏量、射血分数、心脏指数)及心肌酶谱(乳酸脱氢酶、肌酸激酶、肌酸激酶同工酶)检测,并观察临床疗效及心电图疗效.结果 治疗组临床疗效总有效率为92.50％,对照组总有效率为80.00％,治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗组心电图疗效总有效率为92.50％,对照组总有效率为85.00％,治疗组心电图疗效优于对照组(P＜0.05).两组治疗后心功能及心肌酶谱各项指标较治疗前均明显好转,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),且治疗后治疗组各指标优于对照组(P＜0.05). 结论 青金抗毒饮治疗病毒性心肌炎临床疗效肯定,能改善患者心功能及心肌酶谱.

Clinical Observation on Qingjin Kangdu Beverage Combined with Western Medicine for 40 Cases of Viral Myocarditis

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Qingjin Kangdu Beverage antitoxic beverage of Qinghao ( Herba Artemisiae Annuae ) and Jinyinhua ( Flos Lonicerae Japonicae )] on viral myocarditis ( VM ) .Methods Eighty patients with VM were randomized into treatment group and control group , with 40in each.The control group was given conventional thera- py and the treatment group was added with self-made Qingjin Kangdu Beverage.One treatment course lasted for 4weeks.The heart rate ( HR ), cardiac output ( CO ), stroke volume ( SV ), ejection fraction ( EF ), cardiac index ( CI ), the efficacy of elec- trocardiogram ( ECG ), lactate dehydrogenase ( LDH ), creatine kinase ( CK ), creatine kinase isoenzyme ( CK-MB ) and clinical efficacy were observed.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 92.50% and 80.00% , respectively.There was significant difference in the therapeutic efficacy between groups ( P<0.05 ) .The total effec- tive rate of ECG efficacy of the treatment group and the control group was 92.50%and 85.00% , respectively.There was sig- nificant difference in the ECG efficacy between groups ( P<0.05 ) .The CO , SV , CI , EF , HR , LDH , CK and CK-MB signifi- cantly improved in both groups after treatment ( P<0.05 ), especially in the treatment group ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion Qingjin Kangdu Beverage is effective for VM.
