三子养亲汤联合激素对哮喘患者尿白三烯E4水平的影响

目的 观察三子养亲汤联合激素治疗轻中度哮喘的临床疗效及其机制. 方法 将60例哮喘患者随机分为对照组及治疗组各30例.对照组给予布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂,每日 2次；治疗组在对照组基础上口服三子养亲汤,每日3次,两组疗程均12周.观察治疗后两组患者病情控制情况,进行中医症状分级量化评分,并检测两组患者肺功能、尿LTE4的变化.结果 对照组病情控制率86.7％,治疗组控制率100％,治疗组明显高于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗前后比较,两组一秒钟用力呼气容积(FEV1)及FEV1占预计值百分比均提高(P＜0.05)；治疗后比较,FEV1及FEV1占预计值百分比治疗组均明显优于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗后两组中医症状积分均较治疗前明显减少(P＜0.05),且治疗组症状的改善明显优于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗组治疗后尿LTE4水平较治疗前明显下降(P＜0.05),治疗后组间尿LTE4比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05). 结论 三子养亲汤联合布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂治疗轻中度哮喘的疗效优于单纯使用布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂,患者尿LTE4的水平减少可能是三子养亲汤治疗哮喘有效的机制之一.

Effect of Sanzi Yangqin Decoction Combined with Hormone on the Level of Urinary Leukotriene E4 in Patients with Asthma

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect and mechanism of Sanzi Yangqin Decoction (Three-Seed Filial Devo- tion Decoction) combined with hormone on mild to moderate asthma.Methods Sixty cases of asthma were randomized into treatment group and control group , with 30in each.The control group was inhaled Budesonide and Formoterol Fumarate Pow- der for Inhalation twice daily , and Sanzi Yangqin Decoction was added in the treatment group three times daily.The treatment course lasted for 12weeks.The disease control situation , grading quantitative score of TCM symptom , lung function and leu- kotriene E4 (LTE4) were observed before and after treatment.Results The disease control rate in the control group and treatment group was 86.7%and 100%respectively , with significant difference between groups (P<0.05) .One second forced expiratory volume (FEV 1) and FEV 1 % predicted increased significantly in both groups after treatment (P<0.05), especially in the treatment group (P<0.05) .The grading quantitative scores of TCM symptoms and levels of LTE4were significantly decreased in both groups after treatment (P<0.05), especially in the treatment group (P<0.05) .Conclusion Sanzi Yangqin Decoction combined with Budesonide and Formoterol Fumarate Powder for Inhalation is more effective for mild to moderate asthma than simply using Budesonide and Formoterol Fumarate Powder for Inhalation.The reduction of LTE4may be one of the possible mechanisms of treating asthma.
