二步六法推拿手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症30例疗效观察

摘    要:目的 观察二步六法推拿手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效.方法 将60例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例.治疗组采用二步六法推拿手法治疗,对照组采用《推拿学》教材中的推拿手法.每周2次,每次20min,15次为1个疗程.观察两组治疗前后主要症状体征、临床检查、日常功能活动的各项指标评分.结果 与本组治疗前比较,两组治疗后主要症状体征、临床检查、日常功能活动中的各项指标评分均明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组各项指标评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 二步六法推拿手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效肯定,优于《推拿学》教材中的手法.

Abstract:Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of two-step six-method Tuina manipulation for lumbar disc herniation.Methods Sixty cases of lumbar disc herniation were randomized into treatment group and control group,with 30 in each.Two-step six-method Tuina manipulation was used in the treatment group and the common manipulation recorded in the 5th edition of Tuina Textbook was used in the control group.The manipulation lasted for 20 minutes each time,twice weekly,and 15 times as one treatment course.The main symptoms,signs and daily functional activities were observed before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the scores of main symptoms,signs and daily functional activities were significantly increased in both groups(P<0.05),especially in the treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion Two-step six-method Tuina manipulation for lumbar disc herniation is effective,and is superior to the manipulation recorded in the textbook.
