泽泻汤加味治疗痰浊中阻型颈性眩晕54例临床观察

目的 观察泽泻汤加味治疗痰浊中阻型颈性眩晕患者的临床疗效.方法 将108例痰浊中阻型颈性眩晕患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各54例,治疗组口服泽泻汤加味,对照组口服甲磺酸倍他司汀(敏使朗)治疗,两组均连续治疗2周后评价临床疗效,比较治疗前后两组主要症状评分、脑血流动力学指标[包括左侧椎动脉(LVA)、右侧椎动脉(RVA)、基底动脉(BA)]水平,并观察不良反应.结果 治疗组总有效率为85.18％,对照组总有效率为66.67％,治疗组明显优于对照组(P＜0.05).与治疗前比较,两组治疗后眩晕、头痛、恶心、耳鸣积分差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05),治疗组效果更加显著(P＜0.05).与治疗前比较治疗组在改善LVA、RVA、BA方面差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05),而对照组仅在改善LVA方面差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);与对照组比较,治疗组在改善LVA、BA方面效果更加显著(P＜0.05).结论 泽泻汤加味能有效改善痰浊中阻型颈性眩晕症状、脑血流动力学,具有较好的安全性.

Clinical Observation on Supplemented Golden Coffer Alisma Decoction for 54 Cases of Cervical Vertigo with Phlegm Turbidity Obstructing the Center

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of supplemented Golden Coffer Alisma Decoction on cervical vertigo with phlegm turbidity obstructing the center.Methods Totally 108cases of cervical vertigo with phlegm turbidity obstructing the center were randomized into treatment group and control group,with 54in each.The treatment group was given oral granules of supplemented Alisma Decoction and the control group was given Mesylate Betahistine Tablets.The treatment lasted for 4weeks.The relief of main symptoms,the change of transcranial Doppler(TCD)and side effect was observed and compared in both groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 85.18%and 66.67% respectively,with significant difference between groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the integral differences of vertigo,headache,nausea and tinnitus were statistically significant(P<0.05),especially in the treatment group(P< 0.05).The cerebral hemodynamics indicators such as left vertebral artery(LVA),right vertebral artery(RVA)and basilar artery(BA)were significantly improved in the treatment group(P<0.05),and LVA were significantly improved in the control group(P<0.05).Comparing with the control group,LVA and BA improved significantly in the treatment group(P< 0.05).Conclusion The supplemented Alisma Decoction is effective and safe for cervical vertigo with phlegm turbidity obstructing the center.It could obviously relieve the symptoms and improve the cerebral hemodynamics indicators.
