电针联合醒脑解郁胶囊治疗脑卒中后抑郁症45例临床观察

目的 观察电针联合醒脑解郁胶囊治疗脑卒中后抑郁症(PSD)的临床疗效.方法 90例PSD患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各45例,治疗组采用电针联合醒脑解郁胶囊治疗,对照组采用伪针刺法联合黛力新治疗.观察两组治疗前后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、神经功能缺损程度评分和Barthel指数评分变化. 结果 两组治疗后各项评分均较治疗前明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗组治疗后各项评分均较对照组下降明显,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05). 结论 电针联合醒脑解郁胶囊可有效改善PSD的抑郁症状和神经功能缺损程度.

Clinical Observation on Combo Therapy of Electroacupuncture and Xingnao Jieyu Capsule for 45 Cases of Post-Stroke Depression

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of combo therapy of electroacupuncture and Xingnao Jieyu Capsule(capsule to arouse the brain and resolve depression) on post-stroke depression(PSD).Methods Ninety cases of PSD were randomized into the treatment group and control group,with 45 in each.The treatment group was given electroacupuncture and Xingnao Jieyu Capsule.The control group was given sham acupuncture and Deanxit.Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD),Zung Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),the degree of neurological deficit and Barthel Index score were observed before and after treatment in both groups.Results The scores of HAMD,SDS,neurological deficit,and Barthel Index in both groups were significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.05),especially in the treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combo therapy of electroacupuncture and Xingnao Jieyu Capsule could effectively relieve the symptoms of PSD,improve the neurological deficit.
