| 摘 要： | 手术治疗腕掌部切割伤18例,进一步探讨了腕掌部切割伤的手术方法。在彻底清创,无创操作的基础上,根据解剖结构修复肌腱,应用显微技术修复神经、血管。全部病人术后疗效潢意。

| Abstract: | In order to go further into operative treatment for the wrist injury.18 cases of the wrist injury were analysised. The result is satisfactory. The result suggested that complete debridement,anatomical structure,strict non-traumatic and microsurgical technique lead to gratifying effects in the patients. |
