| 摘 要： | 目的 通过普查血糖 (Glu)、甘油三酯 (TG)、胆固醇 (Ch)水平 ,探讨不同职业不同年龄组三种指标的变化关系。 方法 采用酶标法对医学院 5 11名教职工、洛阳市安乐乡和古城乡 2 11名乡村干部进行Glu、TG、Ch检测。 结果 血糖血脂水平随年龄增长呈上升趋势 ,经统计学检验 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。 结论Glu、TG、Ch随年龄增长而增高 ,且升高趋于年轻化 ,在乡村干部更为明显 ,应提高足够的认识

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate variation of Glu,TG,Ch in different age and career groups during a physical checkup of 511 teachers and staff of the Medical College and 211 cadres of Anle and Gucheng villages in Luoyang.Methods Using enzymatic method to determine the concentrations of Glu?TG?Ch,and using statistical method to deal with the data.Results The concentrations of Glu?TG?Ch were elevated gradually with the growth of age,there was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion With the growth of age,the concentrations of Glu?TG?Ch were elevated gradually and the tendency is appearing at the low age,especially for the village cadres. |
