CD44V6在肺癌中的表达及其临床意义

目的 探讨CD在肺癌中的表达及其临床价值。方法 采用免疫组化(SP法)检测了45例非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)和16例小细胞肺癌(SCLC)中CD分子的表达情况。结果 ①31例XSCLC呈现CD阳性反应，阳性率为68.9％，而SCLC则全部阴性(P＜0.01).②在鳞、腺癌中，有淋巴结转移组中的CD阳性率高于无淋巴结转移组(P＜0.05)。结论 CD在NSCLC转移过程中可能起重要作用，并可作为一个预后指标，而SCLC的转移则不依赖于CD的介导；而且CD可作为一种新的标志物，用于鉴别肺癌的组织学类型。

EXPRESSION OF CD44V6 IN LUNG CANCER AND ITS CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE

To study the expression of CD and its correlation with lymph node metastasis in human lung cancer. Method Immunohistochemical study (SP) was undertaken to examine the expression of CD in paraffinenbedded specimens from 45 cases of non-small cell lung cancers (NSCLCs) and 16 cases of small cell lung cancers (SCLCs). Result 31 cases of NSCLCs showed positive immunoreaction for CD, and all cases of SCLCs tested were negative for CD?(P<0.01), The positive rates of CD were significantly higher in the group of lymph node metastasis than in the group of non-lymph node metastasis in squamous carcinomas and adenocarcinomas (P<0.05).Conclusion The results suggest that CD may play an important role in the metastasis of NSCLC and can be an index of prognosis, whereas the metastasis of SCLCs may be independent of CD. This discrepancy in CD exprossion can he used to distisguish the histological types of lung cancer.
