北京市通州区1964-2010年职业病发病情况分析

目的为全面掌握通州区职业病发病情况,分析发病规律,预测今后的发病趋势,为制定职业病防治对策提供科学依据。方法对1964-2010年间通州区322例职业病的信息进行统计学分析。结果 322例职业病病例中,尘肺占69.25%,其次是职业性耳鼻喉口腔疾病和职业中毒,分别占19.25%和7.45%。职业病发病存在行业及企业聚集现象,62例噪声聋病例中有52例属于6家机械制造企业,占总病例数的83.87%;24例职业中毒病例中有3起共9例职业中毒是在同一家企业中发生,占总病例的37.50%;8例职业性皮肤病中6例属于同一家单位,占总病例数的75.00%。结论通州区职业病形势仍然严峻,且主要职业病病种处于变化状态,应采取综合防治措施,预防职业病危害。

Analysis on the prevalence of occupational diseases from 1964 to 2010 in Tongzhou District of Beijing

Objective To fully understand the prevalence of occupational diseases in Tongzhou district,analyze their regularity,predict further developing trend,and provide scientific criteria for preventive measures.Methods Information of 322 cases of occupational diseases occurred from 1964 to 2010 in Tongzhou district was statistically analyzed.Results In 322 cases of occupational diseases,69.25% were pneumoconiosis,and occupational otolaryngological and stomatological diseases and occupational poisoning occupied 19.25% and 7.45% respectively.Prevalence of occupational diseases usually concentrated in certain industries and enterprises.Among 62 cases of occupational hearing loss,52 cases belonged to 6 machinery enterprises,accounted for 83.87%.Among 24 cases of occupational poisoning,9 cases involved in 3 accidents occurred in the same plant,accounted for 37.50%.Among 8 cases of occupational skin diseases,6 cases belonged to the same enterprise(75%).Conclusions The situation of occupational diseases is still serious in Tongzhou district,and the disease category is changing.Comprehensive prevention and control measures should be taken to prevent occupational hazards.
