基底节区梗死并发脑干功能障碍初探

目的探讨基底节区梗死患者并发脑千功能障碍的发病机理、临床特点及预后。方法选择基底节区梗死并发脑干功能障碍患者与同期未并发脑千功能障碍患者作一对照，分析并发脑千功能障碍与梗死侧别、梗死面积、既往病史的关系，对两组患者病死率及临床神经功能缺损程度评分、日常生活活动能力评分作一比较。结果基底节区梗死患者并发脑干功能障碍与梗死灶的侧别无关，与治疗措施无关，多发生干梗死面积较大者，既往多有糖尿病、高血压病史，病死率高，两组临床神经功能缺损程度评分及日常生活活动能力评分有显著性差异。结论基底节区梗死并发脑干功能障碍多发于大面积脑梗死患者，预后差，要高度重视。

Iinvestigation of patients of stroke in basal ganglia accompained by dysfunction of brain stem

Objective: To investigate the pathogensy,clincal character and outcomes of the patient of stroke in basal ganglia accompained by dysfunction of brain stem.Methods: The patient of stroke in basal ganglia accompained by dysfunction of brain stem were compared with the patients that without dysfunction of brain stem.The relation between the side areas of stroke,pasthostory and the dysfunction of brain stem were analysed.The fatality rate,the serious rate of the dysfunction of brain stem,and daily ability of the two groups were compared.Results: The patient of stroke in basal ganglia accompained by dysfunction of brain stem had nothing to do with the stroke sides or the treatment.It mostly occured in the patient that with larger stroke area.or with hypertention,diabetes in the past,and its fatality rate was high.There were significantly differences between the two groups.Conclusion: Stroke in basal ganglia accompained by dysfunction of brain stem mostly occured in the patients of cerebral infarction with larger area and has bad outcomes,which needs great attention.
