| 摘 要： | 目的了解北京市中学生被动吸烟现状及其影响因素以及烟草的知信行情况,为开展青少年控烟工作提供依据。方法采用分层随机整群抽样法抽取北京市辖区内11个区县在校中学生9117名进行问卷调查,收集被动吸烟相关信息。结果北京市中学生吸烟率为6.30%,男生高于女生(P0.01);被动吸烟率为52.74%,女生高于男生(P0.01)。不吸烟的中学生知道吸烟有害、被动吸烟有害、支持公共场所禁烟和未成年人禁烟的分别占96.10%,96.81%,84.28%和92.44%。多因素Logistic回归分析表明,学校附近(200m内)卖烟、认为吸烟会有更多朋友、父亲吸烟、同伴吸烟等8个因素与中学生被动吸烟有关。结论北京市中学生被动吸烟现状较严峻,需要社会、政府、学校和家庭共同采取措施来缓解。
