黄芩、粘毛黄芩及沙滩黄芩种子的蛋白质电泳鉴别

摘    要:目的 建立黄芩、粘毛黄芩和沙滩黄芩种子的蛋白质电泳图谱,将图谱作为黄芩种子及混淆品鉴定的指征。方法 采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳对3种黄芩种子的蛋白质电泳图谱进行分析。结果 不同产地的黄芩种子的电泳图谱基本一致,同属3种黄芩种子的蛋白质电泳图谱具有明显差异。结论 聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳图谱可作为鉴别3种黄芩种子的指征.

Abstract:Objective To establish PAGE map of the seeds protein of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi, Scutellaria viscidula Bge. and Scutellaria strigilosa Hemsl. . Methods Polyacnylamide gel electrophoresis analysis was used to detect the seeds of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi, Scutellaria viscidula Bge. and Scutellaria strigilosa Hemsl. . Results Electrophoresis spectrum of the seeds of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi from different sources were similar and there were obvious differences in electrophoresis spectrum of the three types of seeds. Conclusion The methods can be used in identification of the three types of seeds.
