支气管成形术和肺动脉成形术治疗肺癌

我院自１９７８年３月至１９９２年２月采用支管成形术治疗原发性支管肺癌３５例，其中伴肺动脉袖状切除或部分切除重建３例，术后３，５年生存率分别为５２％（１３／２５）和３３．３％（７／２１）。作者对术中麻醉管理，支气管和肺动脉成形术的切除范围长度和预后进行了讨论。

BRONCHOPLASTIC PROCEDURE AND PULMONARY ARTERY RECONSTRUCTION IN THE SURGICAL TREATMENT OF LUNG LUNG CANCER(A REPORT OF 35 CASES)

Thirty-five patients with primary lung cancer underwent bronchoplastic precedure in our hospital from March 1978 to Febuary 1992.Three of them werecombined with sleeve or partial resection and reconstruction of the pulmonary artery.There were 33 males and 2 females. Their ages ranged from 20 to 64 years old. Histo-logically,24 patients had squamous cell carcinoma,4 adenocarcinoma,3 adenosquamouscell carcinoma,1 alveplar carcinoma,1 small cell carcinoma, 1 large cell cacinoma andbronchogenic mucoepidermoid carcinoma,6 cases belongud to stage II, 25 to stage IIIaand 4 to xtage IIIa.The 3- and 5- year survival rates were 52 %(13/25) and 33.3%(7/21),respectively.The management of anesthesia for giving better ventil ation during operationthe method and indication of pulmonary artery reconstruction were introduced briefly inthis paper. The cut length of pulmonary artery and bronchus were primarily discussedfrom the result of this series.
