| 摘 要： | 胃肠道疾患在过去以传统的检查方法 （主要为消化道钡剂透视及纤维内窥镜）为主,随着多层螺旋CT（multi-detector row CT,MDCT）的快速发展以及各种不同腔内对比剂的研究与应用,CT对胃肠道的检查价值显著提高。
