| 摘 要： | 目的研究MAGE-3基因mRNA在胸腔积液中的表达,探讨MAGE-3基因作为良、恶性胸腔积液鉴别诊断指标的价值。方法采用巢式逆转录-聚合酶链反应(nRT-PCR)方法,检测35例患者(25例恶性,10例良性)胸腔积液中MAGE-3的表达情况。结果10例良性胸腔积液组中,均未见有MAGE-3特异性条带;25例恶性胸腔积液组中,有14例可见MAGE-3特异性扩增条带,MAGE-3基因表达阳性率为56.00%,其敏感性、特异性、诊断符合率分别为56.00%、100.00%、68.57%。结论检测胸腔积液中MAGE-3基因mRNA的表达,可以作为鉴别良、恶性胸腔积液的一个指标。
