| 摘 要： | 目的：评价咽爽口含片的安全性。方法：经急性毒性试验小鼠灌胃给药LD50未测出，做小鼠最大耐受量。结果：最大耐受量为142.2g/kg(生药）。相当成人临床日用量的600倍。结论：咽爽口含片毒性很小，临床用药是安全的。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the security of Yan shuang oral sucked tablet.METHOD By studying the ip.mice's LD_(50)of acute toxicity testing,not to find the mice's largest tolerant dose. RESUETS The largest tolerant dose is 142.2 g/kg(crude drug).It corresponds to the 600 bimes clinic using dose of the man.CONCLUSION The toxicity of Yan shuang oral sucked tablet is very small.The clinic using is safe. |
