| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨分析胸腺囊肿的X线、CT征像,以提高对纵隔区肿块占位性病变的影像学诊断。材料与方法:回顾性分析我院2003年3月至2008年3月以来7例经手术病理证实的胸腺囊肿X线平片、CT表现。结果:3例表现为前上纵隔类园形密度增高块影。1例表现为边缘清晰、密度不均匀、单房的囊性密度肿块影。3例表现为囊壁边缘钙化。3例行CT增强扫描表现为囊壁变薄,囊内无强化。结论:影像学诊断,特别是CT检查是诊断胸腺囊肿病变的重要方法,能够清楚显示肿块内部特征与纵隔邻近结构的关系,对胸腺囊肿术前检查具有重要的诊断及鉴别诊断价值。 |
