| 摘 要： | 目的探讨吸氧对腹式子宫切除患者术后恶心呕吐的影响。方法选择腰硬联合麻醉下行腹式子宫全切术后患者 1 1 4例 ,随机分为实验组 (5 8例 )和对照组 (5 6例 ) ,对照组予常规监护 ,实验组除常规监护外给予鼻导管吸氧 8h ,观察两组术后 2 4h恶心、呕吐发生情况。结果实验组术后恶心呕吐的发生率明显低于对照组 ,两组间差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论对腰硬联合麻醉下行腹式子宫切除术后患者常规给予鼻导管吸氧 8h ,能明显减少术后恶心呕吐的发生率

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of oxygen inhalation on nausea and vomit for patients after abdominal hysterectomy. Method 114 cases of patients with abdominal hysterectomy under lumbar anesthesia were selected and randomly divided into experimental group (58 cases ) and control group (56 cases ), control group was given routine nursing monitoring, experimental group was given routine nursing monitoring and oxygen inhalation through nasal tube for 8 hours. The appearance of Vomit and nausea were observed and compared 24 hours after operation.Results The inci dence rate of vomit and nausea in experimental group is significantly lower than that of control group (p<0.05).Conclusion The incidence rate will be reduced by Oxygen inhalation through nasal tube for 8 hours for patients with abdominal hysterectomy under lumbar anesthesia, it could be used for clinical purpose. |
