超声引导经皮穿刺活检在纵隔病变中的临床应用

目的 探讨超声引导下经皮穿刺活检在纵隔病变中的临床应用价值.方法 43例纵隔病变患者在超声引导下应用自动活检枪(18G切割针)经皮穿刺活检,标本用10%甲醛溶液固定后送病理检查.结果 43例穿刺标本,38例得到定性诊断,定性诊断率为88.4%(38/43),其中35例得到明确组织病理学诊断,疾病诊断率为81.4%(35/43).未发生出血、气胸、呼吸困难等并发症.结论 超声引导下经皮穿刺活检纵隔病变,具有诊断率高、安全性高、并发症少、操作简便迅速等优点,对纵隔肿瘤的临床诊治具有重要意义.

Clinical application of ultrasound-guided percutaneous biopsy in mediastinal lesions

Objective To assess the application value of ultrasound-guided core needle biopsy in mediastinal lesions. Methods Forty-three patients with mediastinal lesions underwent core needle biopsy with automatic biopsy gun (18G cutting needle) under ultrasound guidance. The specimen were fixed with 10% formalin and then performed pathology examination. Results Qualitative diagnosis was obtained in 38 of 43 cases, resulting a qualitative diagnosis rate of 88.4%(38/43), while 35 of 43 cases were definitively pathologically diagnosed (81.4%). No complication, such as hemorrhage, pneumothorax and dyspnea occured. Conclusion Ultrasound-guided percutaneous biopsy in mediastinal lesions has the advantages of high diagnostic rate, safety, less complication, convenience and prompt operation. It is significant for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of mediastinal lesions.
