临床常见病原菌的耐药分析

摘    要:目的了解近4年分离的常见病原菌对临床常用抗生素的耐药情况,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法用API鉴定系统及ATB药敏分析系统对近4年临床所有分离菌进行鉴定和药敏分析,统计临床常见病原菌对临床常用抗生素的耐药率。结果革兰阳性球菌对青霉素类抗生素的耐药率很高,并呈逐年上升趋势,万古霉素对其耐药率最低,但已出现了耐万古霉素肠球菌。革兰阴性菌对许多抗生素的耐药率也呈上升趋势,亚胺硫霉素对其活性最高。结论本院近年常见病原菌的耐药监测分析结果显示临床分离菌的耐药性已相当严重,并呈上升趋势,应引起临床上的重视。

Abstract:Objective To study the resistance of clinical commonly seen isolates pathogen from 2003 to 2006 in order to offer the physicians the basis of using antibiotics reasonably. Methods BioMerieux AMS - vitek cards were used to identify the bacteria and detect antimicrobial susceptibility. And the resistant rates to the antibiotics commonly were calculated. Results The rates of penicillin - resistant gram positive coccus were higher and higher year by year from 2003 to 2006. Vancomycin was still very sensitive to gram positive coccus. But Vanconycin - resistant entercocci had appeared. The gram - negative bacteria resistance was also increased year by year, but Imipenem was very effective. Conclusion The resistance of microbe has become to be more and more serious and we must pay more attention to it.
