腺样体切除对治疗儿童鼻窦炎疗效的影响

目的观察腺样体切除对治疗儿童鼻窦炎疗效的影响.方法儿童慢性鼻窦炎伴腺样体肥大168例,分为两组,治疗组在药物治疗的同时切除肥大的腺样体,对照组单纯药物治疗.结果1月后治疗组有效率94.8%,对照组有效率84.7 %,两者差异无显著性意义(P＞0.05).6月后治疗组有效率85.4%,对照组有效率61.1%,两者差异有显著性意义(P＜0.01).结论治疗儿童鼻窦炎的同时,切除肥大的腺样体可提高疗效,尤其以远期疗效更为显著.

The effects of adenoidectomy on sinusitis in children

Objective To investigate the effects of adenodectomy on sinusitis in children. Methods 168 children cases with sinusitis were randomly divided into two groups,with treating group(TG) treated by routine medicinal therapy combined with adenodectomy and controlling one(CG) treated only by routine medicinal therapy.Then,the therapeutic effects of different therapies on this condition were compared between the two groups by the end of therapeutic course. Results By the end of one month following treatment,the effective rates were 94.8% and 84.7% for TG and CG respectively,with no significant difference between them(P>0.05).However ,the effective rates were 85.4% and 61.1% for TG and CG respectively by the end of sixth month following the therapy,with significant difference between them(P<0.01). Conclusions The therapeutic effects on sinusitis in children can be largely improved,especially in the long-term therapeutic effects on this lesion,when adenodectomy is combined with general therapies for the treatment of it among those cases complicated with adenoid hypertrophy.
