腹腔镜治疗异位妊娠156例临床研究

目的:探讨腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效。方法:对2004年12月至2005年12月腹腔镜手术治疗的156例异位妊娠的临床资料进行分析。结果:156例患者手术全部在腹腔镜下进行,无中转开腹,包括输卵管间质部妊娠,出血休克型异位妊娠均能在腹腔镜下进行,无术时术后并发症,治愈率100%。结论:腹腔镜手术为治疗异位妊娠的一种理想手术方式。输卵管间质部妊娠,出血休克型异位妊娠不是腹腔镜手术禁忌症,虽手术难度较大,但只要术中处理得当,均能成功完成手术。

Clinical Analysis of 156 Cases of Laparoscopic Operation in the Treatment of Ectopic Pregnancy

Objective:To discuss laparoscopic operationin treating the extrauterine pregnancy.Method: We analyzed the datas of 156 cases ectopic pregnanly under went laparoscopy from Del.2004 to Dec.2005.Result :156 examples patients surgery carries on completely under the laparoscopy,does not have the relay to operate the abdomen,including the oviduct between the nature department pregnancy,the hemorrhage shock extrauterine pregnancy can carry on,after does not have the technique the technique when the laparoscopy the illness complication,the cure rate 100%.Conclusion: Laparoscopy surgery for treatment extrauterine pregnancy one ideal surgery way.Between the oviduct the nature department pregnancy,the hemorrhage shock extrauterine pregnancy is not the laparoscopy surgery taboo sickness,although the surgery difficulty is big,but so long as in the technique processes appropriately,can succeed completes the surgery.
