某石棉制品厂职业肿瘤40年回顾性调查研究

目的　了解石棉作业工人与恶性肿瘤发病的关系。方法　对某市石棉厂石棉作业工人 1 96 4年 1月 1日～ 2 0 0 2年 1 2月 31日期间全死亡、肿瘤发病及死亡情况进行回顾性调查。结果　全死因死亡率为2 97.7/1 0万 ,全恶性肿瘤死亡率为 1 0 2 .0 87/1 0万 ,特发部位恶性肿瘤死亡率为 6 1 .39/1 0万。与当地人口肿瘤年龄别死亡率进行比较 ,显示两者差异显著 (P <0 .0 0 1 )。腹膜恶性间皮瘤 1例 ,接尘工龄为 4年 ,潜伏期2 4年。肺癌 3例 ,接尘工龄平均 1 8年 ,潜伏期平均 2 3年。结论　石棉可导致特发部位恶性肿瘤

Retrospective survey on occupational tumors for 40 consecutive years in a factory of asbestos products

Objective To find out the association between occupational-exposing of asbestos dusts and incidence of malignant tumors. Methods A retrospective survey on death rate of all causes, incidence and mortality of tumors was conducted among occupational population of asbestos-dusts exposing for 40 consecutive years(from Jan.1, 1964 to Dec.31, 2002) in a factory of asbestos products. Results Results showed that death rate of all causes was 297.7/100000, mortality of tumors of all causes 102.087/100000, mortality of part-specific tumors 61.39/100000, all higher compared with local un-occupational-exposing people(P<0.01) . Occurrence of part-specific tumors among occupational-exposing population of asbestos dusts was also explored with the results of 1 case of peritoneal mesothlioma(exposing term of 4 years), 3 cases of lungs cancer(a average exposing term of 18 years) . Conclusions Occupational-exposing of asbestos dusts was significantly associated with incidence of part-specific tumors.
