甲强龙治疗脊柱结核合并截瘫的疗效观察

目的观察甲基强的松龙（MP）治疗脊柱结核合并截瘫的疗效。方法2000年1月～2007年5月我院32例脊柱结核合并截瘫患者，随机分两组，治疗组给予常规抗结核化疗及小剂量MP治疗，对照组仅给予常规抗结核治疗，观察神经功能改善Frankel分级变化、血沉变化、发热、疼痛恢复情况以及不良反应并进行比较。结果使用MP治疗合并截瘫的脊髓结核，其脊髓功能改善恢复明显优于对照组（P〈0．05），血沉下降明显快于对照组（尸〈O．05），发热、疼痛缓解时间明显短于对照组（P〈0．05），两组不良反应差异没有统计学意义（P〉O．05）。结论MP治疗并发截瘫的脊柱结核安全有效，利于脊髓功能恢复。

The therapeutic effect of methyloprednisonlone for spinal tuberculosis complicated with paraplegic

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of methyloprednisonlone（MP） for spinal tuberculosis complicated with paraplegic. Method From January 2006 to May 2007, 32 cases of spinal tuberculosis complicated with paraplegic were randomly divided into two groups. Therapy group cases were given antiuberculosis chemotheraphy regularly and small dose MP, but the control cases just received routine anti-tuberculosis chemotheraphy. Observed and compared the improvement of neurological function and Frankel degree, ESR, temperature, pain, adverse reaction. Result Compared with the control group, the therapy group cases were better in improving of neurological function（P〈0.05）, the speed of descending of ESR was more quick（P〈0.05）, the time of recovery from fever and pain were more short（P〈0.05）, but the adverse reactions had no statistical difference between the two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion MP is a safe and effec- tive drug for spinal tuberculosis complicated with paraplegic.
