| 摘 要： | 目的探讨连续照护对癌症患者生存质量和对护士工作满意度的影响。方法对55例癌症患者实施出院以后的病情监测、症状的管理、心理护理、疼痛的管理等连续照护的干预,以癌症患者生活质量核心问卷和住院患者对护士工作满意度调查问卷评价干预前和干预6个月后患者的生存质量和对护士工作的满意度。结果干预6个月后,患者的总体生活质量和对护士工作的满意度与干预前相比,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论连续照护干预措施能够提高癌症患者的生存质量和对护士工作的满意度。

| Abstract: | Objective To describe the influence of continuous care on cancer patients’ quality of life and job satisfaction of nurses.Method To intervention 55 cases of cancer patients about condition monitoring,symptom management,psychological nursing,pain management continuous care after the discharge,Using cancer patients quality of life questionnaire and hospitalized patients with core for nurses job satisfaction questionnaire to evaluate before intervention and intervention after six months about cancer patients’ quality of life and job satisfaction of nurses.Result After Intervention 6 months,The overall quality of life of patients and nurses job satisfaction compared with before intervention,difference have statistical significance.Conclusion Continuous care intervention measures can improvet cancer patients’ quality of life and job satisfaction of nurses. |
